Everything is delivered remotely

MRYA LLC works entirely remotely from the United States for clients worldwide. There is nothing physical to ship. Delivery happens inside your own platform, plus a written handover sent by email.

When the clock starts

The turnaround stated on each engagement is counted in business days, and it starts when we have both:

• administrative access to the platform we are working on, and
• the content the engagement depends on — text, images, product data.

Until both exist, the clock has not started. We tell you the day it does.

• Growth Partner — 10 business days
• Shopify Store Setup — 10 business days
• WordPress Site Build — 15 business days
• E-Commerce Launch — 20 business days

Where the work happens

Never on your live site. We duplicate your theme or set up a staging environment and work there. You get a preview link and can watch it take shape. Nothing is published until you have seen it and said yes.

What counts as delivered

An engagement is delivered when we have published the approved work and sent the written handover. The handover states what changed, where each piece lives and how to maintain it. It is sent by email to your named contact.

Review round

After we show you the work you have 10 business days to send a consolidated list of changes within scope. We apply them, then publish. If we hear nothing in those 10 days we send one reminder before closing the engagement as delivered.

After handover

Build engagements include 14 days of correction cover for anything that breaks and is attributable to our work. The E-Commerce Launch includes 30 days of post-launch support. Both are for fixing, not for new requests.

If something goes wrong on our side

If we are going to miss a date, you hear it from us before the date, not after — with the new date and the reason. What that entitles you to is written in the refund policy.

Access and credentials

We ask for a separate administrative account rather than your personal password, and we ask you to revoke it once the engagement closes. We delete any credential you shared at handover.
