Who we are

MRYA LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We provide website design and development, Shopify and WordPress solutions, SEO and digital consulting. All services are delivered remotely. By engaging us you accept the terms on this page.

What you are buying

You are buying a professional service, not a file, a licence or a product. Each engagement listed on our site describes a fixed scope, a fixed price and a stated turnaround in business days. Payment covers the work described in that scope, the review round included with it, and the written handover at the end.

Anything not listed in the engagement scope is out of scope. If you want it added, we quote it separately before doing it.

Scope and estimates

• Before any payment we send you the scope, the price and the delivery date in writing.
• Turnaround is counted in business days, starting from the moment we have both the access and the content we need.
• If your material arrives late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
• If we find mid-project that the work is materially different from what was described to us, we stop and re-quote rather than silently exceed the scope.

What we need from you

• Administrative access to the platform we are working on.
• Your content: text, images, product data and anything else the engagement depends on.
• One named contact who can approve decisions.
• A reply to our review requests within 10 business days.

If an engagement goes 30 days without a response from you after we have requested one, we may close it as delivered. We will tell you before we do.

Revisions

Each engagement includes one review round unless its description says otherwise. A review round is a single consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. New requirements are not revisions; they are new work, and we quote them.

Ownership

Once the engagement is paid in full, the deliverables are yours: the site, the configuration, the copy we wrote for you. We keep ownership of our internal tooling, checklists and working methods, which are not part of what you buy.

Third-party items — themes, plugins, fonts, stock images — stay under their own licences, which you hold directly. We tell you which ones an engagement uses before we install them.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you send us, and that your business and products are lawful in the jurisdictions where you sell. We do not work on sites selling illegal goods, adult content, or anything prohibited by the payment networks.

Liability

We deliver the work described in the scope with professional care. We do not guarantee business outcomes — rankings, traffic or revenue depend on factors outside our control, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business stays between us. We do not publish your project or name you as a client without your written permission.

Cancellation

You may cancel an engagement at any time. What you get back depends on how far the work has gone, and the thresholds are written in the refund policy rather than decided case by case.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the last revision. Engagements already underway are governed by the terms in force when they were agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
